Journal Entry 5 - a child prodigy

Since I was a tiny shell,
My parents told me that I shouldn’t play with anyone,
We should be far from anybody,
Like separating the earth and the moon.

Whenever I see other people,
They seems to be running as far as they could,
As if they have seen a ghost,
I hate this feeling of loneliness.

I was long for a life of other people,
From my sight, there I saw,
Children laughing, giggling here and there on the playground,
Playing with their friends on the sea-saw.

I long waited for that moment to come,
Oh! Why God? Why are You torturing me like this?
Why do other kids don’t want to play with me?
Am I a total stranger to them?

The person whom was taking the photograph was me, her aunt, Husna with her phone. I found her adorable when she lay on her stomach and holding the remote control. She is a baby who is at the age nearly to 1 year old. Her name is Nur Insyirah Amani and she is my first, lovable niece that I always cherished. She is wearing an orange and yellow stripes pyjama when the picture was taken. She was in the living room, holding a remote control of Astro, watching her favourite channel of “Astro Ceria.” She even has her hair tied up with a pink bobble (getah rambut) as she has got long hair.

On the right side of her, was her uncle, who is my brother, Faiz. He was sitting on the floor watching her naughty behaviours. At the back of her tiny, little legs is her place to lie down, sleeping and playing with her cute toys. During that time, her mother was busy in the kitchen and her father was having a shower as it was Maghrib time which was at 7.30p.m.

The photograph was taken at her house which is in Kuantan, Pahang. The specific date for the photograph taken was on 26th January 2009. This was the last picture I took when she was at 11 months old and now, she is a 1 year old and 3 months baby girl.

That witchy white shoes...

There I saw on the shelf,
Standing alone calling my name,
Husna, Husna, Husna,
Buy me, buy me, buy me…please…?!!

Her begged voice has made me,
And my heart shattered into broken glassy glasses,
I’ve long wanted to buy her,
But wondering myself, “Do I need her?”

She has got every criteria that I need,
She has got a soft, silky leathered body,
With pinkish read thread sow all around it,
And, it has a smooth, subtle, spongy lining on the inside,
With a red radiant ribbon stitched on the top.

And Yes! The brand that I need, Dolce and Gabbana...

Ahh!! I can feel the blood rushing through my body,
Going faster and faster as I strolled down to her,
And it kept encouraging me to buy it,
Oh! How I long to wonder about it…
I guess I should just…
